• Classify bodies according to their capacity to deform: elastic, rigid, plastic.
• Know the properties of the materials: impermeability, elasticity, transparency and strenght.

Unit 3 Natural Science:Plants

• Main parts of the plants: roots, stem, leaves.
• Classification of the flants: herbaceous, woody, flowering, non-flowering.
• Nutrition: photosynthesis, raw sap, elaborated sap.
• Reproduction: pollination, fertilisation, germination.

 



 

INVERTEBRATES

Animals are classified into two different groups: vertebrates and invertebrates.

•  Vertebrate animals have internal skeleton or backbone.
• Invertebrate animals don´t have internal skeleton or backbone, they are classified into 6 groups: arthropods, jellyfish, echinoderms, sponges, worms and molluscs.
